How I Got Here

I Did Not Start With a DJ Booth. I Started With Events.

Before Go Event DJ, I spent years on the planning side. Festivals. Graduations. Ceremonies. Student events. I was the one booking entertainment, calling DJs, watching what worked, and noticing what fell apart.

Event planning taught me the flow.

I know how many moving parts are happening before the music ever starts.

Music was already in me.

I produce music, and I was the kid in high school with the CD jacket full of blends.

Then the two came together.

Graduation events turned into community events, private events, and weddings across Northwest Florida.

Music Background

I Hear the Room Different Because I Come From Music.

I am not just pulling songs from a playlist. I come from music production, live events, church music, and music director (MD). That means I pay attention to timing, feel, transitions, energy, and what the room is actually responding to.

My faith is part of who I am. I am not trying to turn every event into church, but I do understand church-going, family-centered, community-driven rooms. In Northwest Florida, that matters.

Producer I understand song structure, flow, transitions, and how music should feel in a live room.

Music Director I know how to guide moments, follow timing, support a program, and work with people on stage.

Church Background I can handle gospel, Christian music, youth events, church picnics, and faith-aware crowds without making it awkward.

Clean Standard The music can still hit without putting families, pastors, schools, couples, or companies in a bad spot.

What I'm Known For

The Range, and Knowing What a Room Needs

Some events need gospel and clean R&B. Some need old-school, line dances, and family reunion energy. Some need top charts, Afrobeats, country, Latin, pop, hip hop, house, or rock. The point is not forcing my taste on the room. The point is finding what makes that crowd move.

The Standard

Clean Does Not Mean Boring.

Every set is clean. No explicit content, no matter the genre or the crowd.

That standard matters for weddings, schools, church events, corporate events, community events, and family celebrations. People should be able to enjoy the night without wondering what is about to come through the speakers.

The room can still move. The music can still feel current. The energy can still be right. It just does not have to get careless.
